Bryan Osorio is currently a council member for the City of Delano, located in the south of San Joaquin Valley. Elected in 2018 at the age of 22, Bryan is the youngest elected government official in Kern County. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018, having studied Political Science and Cognitive Science. While in college, Bryan served on the campus student government, Associated Students of University of California (ASUC) and on the University of California (UC)-wide student government, University of California Student Association (UCSA).

Bryan is also an appointed member to the Delano Mosquito Abatement Board.
