Through legal, policy, and funding and financing research and advocacy, Hilary supports WaterNow’s work in creating pathways for accelerated investments in distributed, equitable, and climate resilient water solutions. Hilary also supports WaterNow’s trust building initiatives aimed at building and strengthening relationships between utilities and the communities they serve to achieve sustainable and equitable local water systems. Hilary obtained her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa and her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. While at GGU School of Law, Hilary externed at WaterNow and GGU’s Environmental Law & Justice Clinic, earned a CALI Award for Constitutional Law, and graduated with a Public Interest Law Certificate.
