Having spent a summer at WaterNow Alliance working as a Policy Research Associate during law school, Hilary now returns as a Water Policy Fellow, conducting legal and policy research to identify barriers and pathways for accelerated investment in localized water infrastructure in support of existing and future Tap into Resilience Pilot Community projects. Hilary obtained her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa and her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. Throughout law school, Hilary was a Dean’s Scholar maintaining a merit-based full-tuition scholarship, co-chaired the GGU Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, externed at GGU’S Environmental Law & Justice Clinic and WaterNow Alliance, earned a CALI Award for Constitutional Law, and graduated with a Public Interest Law Certificate.
