Jennifer Burke is the Director of the City of Santa Rosa Water Department, providing strategic direction and management over the operation, maintenance, long-range planning, and fiscal management of the City's water, wastewater, groundwater, recycled water, and stormwater operations. She has worked for the City's Water Department since 2003 and was selected as the Water Director in May 2019. Prior to working for the City of Santa Rosa, she worked for the City of San Jose on the regional South Bay Water Recycling Program.
