I have been in the Water Industry since 2008. I started as an operator for a wholesale organization and progressed through the licensing requirements. I became a Chief operator at the same company. In 2016, I became the Plant Supervisor for the City of Deer Park, TX. I manage an 8-MGD Surface Water plant with 10 employees and 3 water wells. I have learned to manage projects in my current role, implementing multiple projects in our distribution system and adding processes at the surface water plant.
