Representing Division 3 – Cities of Chino and Chino Hills.

Dir. Steven J. Elie was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2010, and serves as the Board President.

Dir. Elie serves as Chair of the Agency’s Community & Legislative Affairs Committee, a Committee member of the Audit Committee, and is the alternate Committee member of the Agency’s Finance & Administration Committee.

Dir. Elie has been the Agency’s representative to the Chino Basin Watermaster since January 2011, and serves as the Chair of the Chino Basin Watermaster Board.

Dir. Elie is the Agency’s representative to the Southern California Water Committee, the Association of Special Districts, the National Water Research Institute, and serves as an alternate for the Chino Desalter Authority.

Dir. Elie also serves as Vice President on Chino Basin Regional Financing Authority.

Dir. Elie is an attorney who regularly represents public entities and public utility regulated entities in complex, multiparty litigation and administrative matters, including soil and groundwater contamination.
