This webinar shared perspectives and insights on the process of developing multi-municipal collaborations for watershed-wide stormwater management, featuring several collaborative efforts in Pennsylvania. Through presentations and a panel discussion, it higlighted the value of collaborative stormwater management efforts, especially for small communities where municipal capacity is limited, and discuss pathways to overcoming the challenges which come along with these collaborative efforts.
