Driving Equitable Participation in Green Stormwater

As part of Philadelphia’s Green City, Clean Waters program Philadelphia Water Department incentivizes landowners within the combined sewer area to install green infrastructure on their properties. Projects can include stormwater management practices such as bioswales, rain gardens, tree trenches, and more. Download the case study to learn more about two Philadelphia nonprofit sites, the Leon H. Sullivan Human Services Center and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Germantown, used these incentives to put GSI on their properties and achieved multiple benefits.
