Support for Disadvantaged Communities
The CO SRF offers special financial support and technical assistance to utilities, cities or towns that qualify as Disadvantaged Communities (DACs) under the SRF program criteria. If your community meets the DAC criteria, your project may be eligible for, among other benefits:
- planning grants
- design and engineering grants
- principal forgiveness
- reduced interest rates.
