Loan applicants for either of Colorado’s SRFs need to access the Colorado Environmental Online Services (CEOS) platform.
If you’re a first-time applicant, you’ll need to create a CEOS user account. This is required before you can access the eligibility survey (available May 1 – June 30, annually) which is the first step in the application process.
