Kyle Jeffries is the Water Use Efficiency and Grants Manager at Rancho California Water District, where he has served since 2019. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of urban and agricultural water use efficiency programs, oversees grant acquisition and compliance, and supports the District’s strategic conservation initiatives. Kyle manages several major efforts, including the District’s leak notification system, the Recycled Water Accelerated Retrofit Program, and the Regional CropSWAP Program. He also plays a key role in implementing state conservation legislation and securing external funding to advance sustainable water management. Under his leadership, the Water Use Efficiency and Grants Department has aligned technology, data, and policy to drive measurable resource savings and enhance program reach.
