Collaborations with community organizations can extend the reach of water utility outreach, strengthen the design of programs that depend on community participation, and support the goal of transforming a water utility into an anchor institution in its community. Building trust-based collaborations with outside organizations is a valuable skill for rising water leaders. In this webinar, we’ll explore the Building Blocks of Trust framework for developing these partnerships, and explore a case study from Walnut Valley Water District, where this framework was used to build a successful outreach program in partnership with a local community organization.
