Register today for WaterNow’s free webcast on November 12 at 10:30am PST to learn how your community can access new ways to finance lead service line replacements. Hear from water leaders on their personal experiences and plan your next community water innovation.

Many water utilities across the country are considering how they can protect their customers from lead in urban drinking water, particularly in connection with older lead service lines connecting homes to the utilities’ main lines. Replacing these private service lines can be an effective way to significantly reduce utility customers’ lead exposure. Finding ways to finance these replacements can, however, be challenging. To help water leaders meet this challenge, our webcast will feature how you can:

  • Start thinking about your own projects with an introduction to localized, distributed infrastructure, including lead service line replacement
  • Get a free deep-dive into the many resources from WaterNow’s Tap into Resilience initiative and the TiR Toolkit so that you can access the right resources you need
  • Take a look at some of the newest financing mechanisms for replacing private lead lines
  • Hear the inside perspective from professionals who work with water leaders to help them overcome challenges facing their communities through sustainable water management
