Shayne is the Stormwater Superintendent for the Town of Shelburne and has been at the Town since 2024. Shayne grew up in Washington State and got his Bachelor of Science in Ecology from Washington State University. He then worked for the Forest Service and National Park Service for three years before moving to Massachusetts to get his Master of Science in Design and Planning from the Conway School. He now lives in Fairfax VT, and when he isn’t managing clean water projects he can be found chasing chickens around his hobby farm, tending to his chestnut trees, or playing pickup basketball.
