Alli Schuch

Allison “Alli” Schuch is the Executive Director of the Fountain Creek Watershed District, where she has served for over a decade building collaborative programs to protect and restore the Fountain Creek corridor from Colorado Springs to Pueblo. Alli has been a leader in expanding regional watershed education, engagement, and restoration efforts, including creating the District’s flagship outreach programs such as Creek Week—the largest cleanup in Colorado—and the Brewshed Alliance, which connects breweries and water stewardship.

With a background in natural resource management from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and over 20 years of professional experience in Colorado Springs working with the City, El Paso County, Colorado Springs Utilities, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Alli brings broad expertise in conservation, project implementation, and community partnerships. Under her leadership, the District has secured millions in grant funding, advanced large-scale creek restoration projects, and strengthened relationships among local governments, nonprofits, and residents.

Alli is passionate about fostering resilient infrastructure, equitable community engagement, and innovative watershed management strategies that connect people to their water resources.
