Amanda has 10 years of experience in the water industry. She has worked at municipal water utilities working in customer service, finance, affordability and equity, and asset management. In addition to her work at the utility, she is also heavily involved in the AZWater Section leadership as a trustee-at-large, chair of the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee, and chair of the Southern Arizona Golf Classic benefitting Water For People. Amanda is also involved at the national level participating in the AWWA Diversity and membership and Inclusion committee.

Additionally, in 2020 Amanda created the professional development organization Womxn in Water. This group is aimed to provide support and professional development resources for anyone who identifies as a woman in the water industry.
