Ashley Metzger has been the Outreach & Conservation Manager for Desert Water Agency since 2015. Her focus is on water management and resident outreach.

Ashley serves as the vice chair Communications Committee for the Association of California Water Agencies and the vice chair of the Public Affairs Committee for the National Water Resources Association. She lives in the Palm Springs area with her husband and young son.
