Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency, UT

Dana Van Horn

Grand Water & Sewer Service Agency is a drinking water, secondary/irrigation water and wastewater collections system that serves a permanent population of around 4,000 people. We are a tourist destination with two of Utah's five national parks in our area, so the seasonal population is well over 10,000. I have been with the Agency since 2006. I became a water and wastewater operator in 2009. I was promoted to manager in 2017. We are an interlocal agency comprised of three local districts. We have a board of 12 members. Some are elected, some appointed by the legislature and some county and city representation.
