Donna Evans is the Program Manager in the Stormwater Facilities Maintenance and Operation Division of Montgomery County Maryland, Department of Environmental Protection. She manages the maintenance of LID facilities on Government owned property and in the Right of Way; Green Roofs, Pervious Pavement, Bioretention and Green Streets. Donna earned a degree in Horticulture from the University of Maryland in 1982 and has worked in the Nursery/Landscape Design/Build industry for 40 years.
