Started working with City of Mission in 1985 and worked with Mission for 20 years , from 1990 to 2005 as Utility Director.
Was hired by State of Texas Attorney Generals office in 2005 as Manager in Receivership of the now dissolved La Joya WSC which is now Agus SUD From 2005 to 2015 constructed for Agua SUD a 6 MGD water plant 1.5 MGD Wastewater Plant, 3 elevated storage water towers and many water distribution and wastewater improvements totaling more than $ 20,000,000.00 and most of those funs as 95% grant from Texas Water Development Board and EPA funding. Now working with City of San Juan as Chief Operator Drinking Water Plants , providing mentoring, guidance to plant operators and other city staff.
