Since interning with a local water utility in college, Kelly Bourque has worked in the drinking water utility industry for more than a decade. Her roles have ranged from working alongside operators, assisting Operations Managers, supporting drought initiatives as a Water Conservationist to her current role as a Senior Project Engineer at the City of Santa Barbara. In her current role she oversees the design and construction of major capital projects. Kelly was also an inaugural member of the American Water Works Association and WaterNow Alliance's Transformative Water Leadership Program in 2023.
