Maya Clifford is a chemist and water resources management professional. She has experience managing a water quality laboratory and consulting for major water and wastewater utilities across the country. Her current focus is building a sustainable water utilization projects program for the State of New Mexico, providing communities with long-term solutions to the evolving water issues in the Southwest. She is currently the General Manager of Eldorado Water & Sanitation District. She holds a MS in Sustainability Studies, and Master of Business Administration, and a BS in Anthropology. She is a proud alumnus of the University of Maine Black Bear and Tufts University.
