I Chair the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency Board, and direct a project with the Washington State Association of Cities called "Eco-Nomics" building the green economy. Eco-Nomics identifies water sustainability as a central element. I have a 45+ year career in planning, public works, economic and environmental policy.
