Susan is water policy analyst that has worked in the public and private sector of California for more than 20 years. Her prior positions include serving as the Director of the Water Resources Institute at California State University San Bernardino, Board Member of the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board, Project Manager for the Alluvial Fan Task Force and Council Member in the City of San Bernardino. Susan is currently the Chair of the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority.
