After a twenty-plus year legal career representing water and wastewater utilities, Tad was appointed CEO of Central Arkansas Water (CAW) in 2016. Since that time, CAW has adopted a net-carbon zero by 2050 plan, constructed a 4.8 MW solar power plant, expanded its regional footprint, and been repeatedly recognized as a leading utility in many areas including watershed protection and for its DEI efforts.

Tad serves of the Board of Directors of the Association of Municipal Water Agencies and the Association of Regional Water Organizations. He has degrees from Hendrix College (BA), University of Arkansas at Little Rock (JD), Washington University (LLM), and Oxford University (MBA).
