Ms. Tonya Howard has worked in the Water Industry in the field of Health in Safety for the last 18.5 years. Her career began when she completed a master’s degree in Occupational & Environmental Health from Loma Linda University. She also holds a BS in Human Physiology from the University of California at Los Angeles. Ms. Howard practice specialty is Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Health. She has worked for companies such as the Los Angeles Unified School District and currently with the City of Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP) Ms. Howard holds certifications with the state of California Health Department as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist and a Water Distribution Operator II.
