Victoria brings a background of water resource management, land use planning, and stakeholder engagement to her role as the Colorado Basin Program Manager. Prior to joining WaterNow Alliance, she worked as an environmental planner for federal land management agencies. Her professional background also includes experience in water quality science, resiliency planning, and project management. Victoria graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and from the University of Colorado Masters of the Environment Program with a masters in Sustainability, Planning, and Management. At WaterNow, her work focuses on executing projects and policy initiatives in Colorado and other Basin states and she is a certified Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper (QWEL) and program facilitator.
