The Pacific Coast is also a cultural and linguistic melting pot, and much of our work here involves working with harder-to-reach communities, with a primary language other than English. Our data-based outreach and engagement work has had meaningful impact in helping utilities connect with critical constituents to ensure that they are able to fully participate in efficiency, affordability and other vital programs.

The Golden State has always been a double entendre referring to California’s dry-as-dust hills for much of the year, as well its almost endless capacity for economic growth, transformation and invention. It is exactly where evolution in the water space has great potential.
